Yes, you are eligible. M.Plan is also known as Master of Planning in the professional and disciplined world. The course duration is of 2 years including the Examination period and practical exams. The course will allow an individual to know more about planning a civilized ecosystem for a sustainable living system of Animals and Humans.
Eligibility criteria: Candidates must have passed B. Arch / B. Plan. OR B. E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum 55% aggregate.
Or,
M.Sc / MA in (Geography/ Economics / Sociology) with a minimum 55% aggregate.

If you want only an engineering degree, then you have the option of seeking admission in an evening college, if it is available at your place of work, but if it is difficult, then you can think of joining distance education stream for obtaining the degree.
