As you are interested in Physics, then take electronics or electrical engineering and it gives you a good package at the end of B.Tech.

Hello Neha,
Invariably all colleges in Delhi give admissions normally via some or the other entrance test. The only way you can get direct admission is via management quota in private unaided colleges. I'm attaching a link that will give you the required information
