No, you can't. For Bachelors degree, you have to complete 3 years of Fashion Design Diploma.

Students who wish to pursue B.Arch Interior Design courses must meet up with the following eligibility criteria. The minimum marks required in the 10+2 may vary from college to college. Aspiring students should have qualified 10+2 or equivalent examination. Hi. Admission to all the UG and PG courses is done based on merit in ITM NEST conducted by the University followed by counselling. The University also accepts valid score in JEE Main for admission to B.Tech. Course. NATA score is also acceptable for admission to B.Arch programme. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need to have passed 10+2 in PCM/PCB with minimum 50% marks to be eligible for the course.
