I am mentioning some random names in terms of decent acceptance rate and ranking, but you still need to check the admission requirements before applying, the budget is very low and options will be limited in this case.

Hello,
Top colleges in India are mainly IITs with a few private ones. For IITs, you need to clear JEE Mains and JEE Advanced and for private colleges you need to clear some other entrance exams.
