Puneetha,
There is no degree that you can finish in two years and be a graduate. Don't go for anything like this, as all such degrees are not legitimate and you could have to pay heavy price for your career. Better option for you is to pick up a 3 years degree course of your choice and get a graduation degree. Being a science student, you can go for various B.Sc like Physics, Chemistry, Maths etc. Other than these you have specialized ones like Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Forensic, Agriculture, Food technology, Computer Science, etc. Apart from these you have honours courses too. Yes, you can and any candidate can become an IAS officer after completing his/her graduation that is after his graduation he or she is eligible to seat for UPSC or any other state civil service exam.

Hi, Yes you can, however, different universities would be having different admission requirements. It also depends on where you plan to study. For example, to study in the USA you must take the SAT and TOEFL.
