The Bachelor of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology [BASLP] is a 4-years course. The eligibility criteria for the course is as follows:
10 + 2 Science with Physics, Chemistry Maths/Biology or an equivalent examination
Scope:
Graduates in Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology can practice as independent audiologists and speech - language pathologists. Yes, you can. Since your past academic record is not so great you should focus on your current academic curricula and try to score good grades. Also, an overall profile building is necessary since universities abroad don't give the entire weightage only to your grades but look for all-rounders.
