Hi,
I really agree that first you have to clear your IELTS and that too with 6.5 or 7 bands but before that you need to understand that which all colleges you can get on the basis of your present educational profile, once you are sure with the college details only then you start with your IELTS.

You can definitely pursue Bachelors in fashion designing and merchandising after class 12th from arts. You can check for programs in Journalism, Media Studies, International Journalism, Journalism Media and Globalisation, Professional Writing, Creative Studies, Broadcast Journalism and many more. I will advice you to refer to university websites and check programs they offer.
