A chartered accountant is the member of ICAI. The membership can be continued through the prescribed fees or yearly payment.
A chartered accountant deals with the Financial Management and carries out the financial audits. A chartered accountant works as a private adviser or in the accounts department in an organization.
After the completion of this course you can go for the works as:
1. Auditing.
2. Cost Accounting.
3. Tax Management.
4. Management Accounting.
5. Consultancy and
6. Financial Works in an Industry.
It takes the 5 years to complete the CA course. By the year 2006, the ICAI has launched the three level of this course.
A. CPT (Common Proficiency Test).
B. IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course).
C. FC (Final Course).
The CPT is the entry-level foundation course involves the quantitative aptitude test, general economics, mercantile laws and accounting.
The IPCC has two groups. It covers the working knowledge of the core subjects. It is specially designed to improve the knowledge of accounting standards.
The CA final course covers the advanced knowledge of Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Strategic Financial Management, Professional Ethics, Information Systems Control and Advanced Auditing.
The students who had cleared their plus two examination can go for the foundation level test conducted by the ICAI. After passing the group 1st, the students have to undergo the on-job training period of 3 years called article ship with an audit or accounts firm.
After completion of the article ship, the student can appear the final course. The GMCS (General Management and Communication Skill Course) is the 15 days mandatory training course introduced in 2003.The students with the commerce or science or arts background can get the admission in CA course. Students should have the knowledge of the computer as the all account work done with the help of a computer.
After the completion of 12th standard, students can take the admission in the CA program through the CPT (Common Proficiency Test). If he/she becomes passing in CPT, he/she would be enrolled as the member of ICAI.

To study in Germany you must complete 13 years education. To meet this requirement you may clear IIT-JEE advance test or complete 1st year of undergraduate studies. UG diplomas however are not accepted in Germany, therefore you must meet the 13 year education criteria. Another option for you is to give the assessment test called Feststellungsprüfung conducted by the German university.
Feststellungsprüfung is an aptitude test conducted by German Universities. To be eligible for Feststellungsprüfung you must enroll for Studienkolleg. Studienkolleg is conducted by the university in Germany for students who does not meet the admission requirement. You can check UNI-ASSIST website or directly mail to the university for studienkolleg details.

A full time MBA program does have an advantage over a part time MBA program. Sine you are currently employed it would be important for you to evaluate the risk reward ratio visa vis leaving your current job and pursuing a full time MBA.
Financial independence is also important. If you current job is a decent one then you could also explore the possibility of enrolling yourself for an executive MBA program, which you could pursue along with current job and on the completion of it explore growth opportunities with your existing employer itself. You need to keep in mind that any MBA course from a top ranked university always gives you an inbuilt advantage in professional growth.
