For admission to IMS BHU, the NEET MDS cutoff 2024 was released for the last round. For the SC AI category candidates, the Cutoff was concluded during Round 1, wherein the available course for the category was MDS in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics having the closing cutoff of 654, for the SC AI category candidates. However, the IMS BHU NEET MDS Cutoff for the ST AI category is not known.

The answer to this question depends on the priority of the students. If you wish to study your course in the main campus, then you might think of taking a drop. However, if the aim is only to get a BHU degree then going on with the affiliated college is a good option. Taking a drop is only useful if the aim is to get into a specialised course. Yes, BHU does prioritise hostel facilities for its outstation students. At the time of admission and hostel allocation, the priority for the accommodation will be given to students who are from distant places. The hostel allotment to local students will be given once outstation students have been accommodated. Those seeking BHU admission, and looking for hostels might want to apply for it early for better chances of getting a room. Biology program at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has been gradually rising in the general category as well as in the SC/ST/PWD reserved categories. The competitiveness of the General Category has also increased for the applicants; the cutoff mark has increased from 79.5% in 2016 to 84.5% in 2020. The SC/ST/PWD cutoff percentages have also risen overtime from 62.5% in 2016 to 67.5% in 2020.

BHU affiliated colleges has 21 girls hostel.There is a separate hostel facility for international students. All the hostels have basic amenities like water purifiers, common room, recreation room, mess, TV, laundry services, security and surveillance system etc. It is recommended to check the official website of the college or contact the college directly for hostels and accommodation details, fees structures for hostels and other updated details.

The expected cut-off for an MSc in forensic Science at BHU for the year 2024 will depend on the category to which the student belongs.
1. for students belonging to general categories- the cut-off will be 205.
2. for students belonging to OBC- the cut-off will be 186.
3. for students belonging to Sc- the cut-off will be 178.
