B.Sc. Programme offered by BHU is available in multiple specialisations. Selection takes place on the basis of performance in BHU UET. To the best of my knowledge, the fee is around 26930 INR for 3-year course.

The university generally declare the result and cutoff after the exam. However, the previous year cutoff for both general and OBC category was 340 marks and for SC and ST it was 276 and 268 respectively.

The latest First Cut Off at BHU for B.A. Arts relates to 2022 which is as follows: For FMC College, GEN-340, OBC-333, SC-290, ST-253 and EWS-333. For MMV College, GEN-339, OBC-328, SC-274, ST-233 and EWS-333.

Candidates who have passed Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanities/Commerce with 50% marks or any other equivalent qualification are also eligible for admission if the candidate have studied at least one subject from Hindi/English/Sanskrit at post-graduation level as a main subject.

Candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Institute/ University. Note: Foreign Candidates seeking admission to MTTM course must submit the English Language Proficiency Certificate (Understanding, speaking and writing) from the Institution last studied. The eligibility of such candidates will be decided by the concerned Departmental Admission Committee.

For taking admission in BHU you have to pass the CUET exam. Over 200 universities conduct admissions on the basis of CUET. Cut off 2022 for BSc biology (hons) at BHU in FMC are at 459.25716 and 453.66769 in MMV. Cut off information for 2023 yet not announced.

There is clear picture, as these two institutions have different assets. IMS is certainly better than AIIMSpatna because of the exposure you get here, Patients from all over North and East come here. AIIMS gets a way larger funds from the Center so you get Better infrastructure and Certainly you get a tag of AIIMS. If academics is considered I would say that both stand at the same place although IMS has much more experienced Faculty. So now it's your personal choice to do.
