Banaras Hindu University offers BTech across several specialisations. The duration for BTech at BHU is 4 years. The eligibility for BTech courses at BHU Varanasi is Class 12 from any recognised national or state board with at least 50-75% and a valid score in JEE Main, JEE Advanced, or CUET.

Bhu CUET counselling is still not started so commiting a end date is not possible.

Institute of Management Studies, BHU MBA eligibility criteria requires students to complete graduation from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Student must have completed their education in 10 + 2 + 3 pattern. For those belonging to the SC/ ST category, the minimum required aggregate is 45%. You must hold BA/BSC from any recognised university by UGC in India. And have atleast 55% and then CUET exam with good marks then you can 

get admission easily.

Candidates who have completed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate can apply for Banaras Hindu University BA (Hons) course. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Besides, aspirants must also pass CUET-UG for admission to BA (Hons) programme.
