Very good thought. You will get ample time after your board exams, around 3 months. Here's how you should utilize:
#1. Online Courses - It is very unlikely and hard for you to get an internship before college. To have an edge over others, do useful courses online on forums like Coursera, Internshala etc.
#2. Internships - Fresher's get internships without courses too but I suggested so that you stand out from the crowd. Before college and in the first semester you will get internships which are majorly unpaid and 'work-from-home' type. You will get LOR and certificate from companies which will be rewarding later. Eligibility for M.Sc Biochemistry programme: Graduates in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Agricultural Sciences, Animal Sciences or any Life Sciences as Biochemistry as principle or subsidiary subjects with 45% (40% in case of SC / ST) of marks in aggregate from any recognized University.
