Hi,
BBA does not usually offer good placements. After BBA you can opt for MBA as after this you will hopefully get good placements.

Hi Sourav,
The minimum eligibility criteria for PO (Probationary Officer) jobs under IBPS examination is graduation. The IBPS is the umbrella organisation which conducts one common entrance exam for entry level positions (Probationary Officer Cadre) for Public Sector banks in India. Similarly, SBI (State Bank of India) also conducts an examination for these positions. So, you do not require an MBA for applying to these positions.
Additionally, if you are looking for other high-end banking jobs such as investment bankers, brokers, bank consultants, an MBA from top-notch B-school is almost a necessary requirement to get into that league.

A BBA graduate gets entry-level positions as a supervisor, customer service executive, assistant manager in various organizations such as:
(a) Manufacturing companies.
(b)Service Companies as Customer Service Representative.
(c) Functional specialist based on management function expertise in business, Government and PSU or NGO.
(d) Banking Assistant/ Clerk.
(e) All posts which require graduation degree in Government, Armed forces or Paramilitary forces or Banks, PSU, etc.
(f) Sales and Management trainees.

Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences and Asian School of Business, Noida both are good colleges for MBA and BBA. Among both JIMS is better in terms of placements. Also, average package is also high in JIMS.
