Hi Dimple,
As you are doing BBA and you have also completed your Diploma in fashion designing, you can do Masters. Although, you need to clarify this before joining any college for Masters in designing because Masters in fashion designing requires graduation in fashion designing. But, some colleges are fine with Diploma and on the basis of graduation degree also they are enrolling for Masters in fashion designing.

NMIMS does offer an integrated MBA program, but that is only for the family business specialization.

Both have more or less a similar curriculum, so for whichever course you're getting a better college, go for that. From an MBA point of view, both BBA and B.Com grads are viewed similar.

There are lot of colleges for BBA and I would suggest for IILM which have branches in Gurgaon and Delhi which have some unique programs which lets students study abroad and get international exposure.
