Each student pursuing BBA at the institute is entitled to do up to six certificate courses at no additional cost. These certificates increase the employability of the students by imparting professional job oriented skills. A candidate can seeking to withdraw from BBA is eligible for fee refund at Doon Business School. The candidate and their parent, are required to apply for the withdrawal. Refund of fees/charges shall be considered as per the following policies:

• For a student seeking a refund before the last date*, the entire fees paid will be refunded. However, INR 1000 will be deducted as the processing charges
• For a student seeking a refund after the last date*, only the security amount will be refunded, after deducting INR 1000 as the processing charges

*The last date to apply for the refund is notified as per the directions of AICTE/UGC.

Students pursuing BBA at Doon Business School are eligible to apply for merit-based scholarships. These scholarships are provided on the basis of the candidate's performance in Class 12 or CUET. A student can avail of these scholarships as a percentage of tuition fee, according to the rate/percentage applicable to them, based on their score in Class 12 or CUET. Apart from the merit-based scholarships, a special scholarship is provided as a fee waiver of 25% to the students with a Domicile of Uttarakhand. A scholarship of 10% is awarded to the wards of defence personnel, teachers and single mothers.

The total duration of the BBA programme offered at RKDF University Ranchi is three years. The course is divided into six semesters of six months each. The university offers BBA in Hotel Management and BBA in Corporate along with BBA (gen). Yes, a candidate with 65% in Class 12 is eligible to apply for Doon Business School BBA programmes. The minimum marks required in Class 12 for BBA admission at Doon Business School is 60%. The final admission is based on the candidate's performance in Class 12 and the online interview conducted by DBS. However, a candidate with a minimum average of 75%  in the four core subjects in Class 12 or CUET (UG) percentile above 60 will be exempted from the online interview.

At RKDF University Ranchi students are offered a three-year undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Business Administration across several specialisations. The interested candidates who want to get admission to the BBA programme offered at the university need to have cleared Class 12 or its equivalent from any stream with a minimum aggregate of 45% from a recognised board to be eligible for the BBA programme.
