BCA is a job oriented degree course and you can go for a job after completing BCA in small and medium size IT companies. If there is no personal conditions, you are advised to complete MCA before seeking a job in IT industry. MCA graduates are treated on par with B.Tech CS and B.Sc IT graduates for application development and maintenance jobs.
