For MS abroad, you need to complete 4 years of Bachelor's degree, so either you can take admission in any of the Master's degree in India like MCA or spend a year extra abroad to fulfill the criteria.
The universities are open for both options, but they can ask for work experience. You can decide the country as per your financial capabilities and discuss further.

B.Tech is the best option because this is considered as professional studies but do it from a reputed college.

Hi,
For computer science you can pursue B.Sc in computer science, BCA (Bachelor of computer administration), BCM or BCS. So, from above, B.Sc and BCS will be better for you.

Yes , you can. But it all depends on your percentage and number of backlogs. Please provide info on that. Are there GAP in your studies? When have you completed BCA? What exactly you were doing full-time during your studies? All these questions are important to understand your case.
