No, you wont'nt be able to get a government seat for BDS with 191 marks in NEET despite of you belonging to SC catagory. Cutoffs for government colleges are usually high due to high demand and low availability of seats. Although you have chances of getting a private college, and that too, a normal one. To get admission to a government dental college, you'll need to score at least 300 marks in NEET for the SC category. You can check for expected colleges from Shiksha's college predictor tool.

With 260 marks in NEET, entry into a government BDS college is extremely difficult, particularly for the General category, where cutoffs are typically 450+.

Admission Probabilities by Category:
General Category: Extremely little chance in government colleges.
OBC/EWS: Distant, due to higher cutoffs.
SC/ST: Certain government dental colleges have reserved seats, although competition is stiff.
Other options:
Private BDS colleges charge fees of 2-6 Lacs per year.
Deemed Universities can have lower cut-offs.
Counseling Rounds: Participate in the Mop-Up and Stray Vacancy Rounds.

No, with only 127 marks in NEET, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to secure a BDS seat in any college in Kolkata, including private colleges, as this score is significantly below the required cut-off for even the lowest ranked dental colleges; you might need to consider retaking the NEET exam to achieve a higher score to be eligible for BDS admission.

Key points to consider:

Low NEET score:

127 marks is far below the minimum required score to qualify for NEET and gain admission to any dental college, even in the private sector.

Cut-off for BDS:

To get a BDS seat in a private college, you usually need to score consider
