You have mentioned MBA in Hospitality. I think you meant MBA - Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management.
MBA in Hospitality is Post Graduation in Hotel Management. It is related to Hotels / Restaurant Management, Guest Relationship Management, Hospitality Marketing and Sales,Accounting and Finance Management, Hotel Operations Management etc.
But MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management is another course which is concentrated on Hospital Administration. The syllabus should be
1. Principles of Management
2. Business Communication
3. Basics of Financial Accounting
4. Basics of Cost and Management Accountin

Yes, you may pursue Masters in physiotherapy. Nope, as per your 12th PCB score, you're not eligible for MBBS BDS entrance examinations. For appearing Medical Common entrance examination, you need to have at least 55% in 12th in PCB.

Most colleges have a provision for reservation / quota. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
