AIIMS Bhopal follows reservation policy as mandated by the government. There is 5% horizontal reservation for PwBD candidates across all categories. Details are given in the table below:

Yes, 85% of MBBS seats are reserved for candidates domiciled in Telangana. The remaining 15% are open to students from other states under the All India Quota. Extra relaxations are also given to SC, ST, OBC, and PwD candidates.

When deciding a candidate's residential status, St John's Medical College looks at period of study within India of a MBBS candidate. If a student has studied for seven consecutive years in India including their Class 10th and Class 12th, they will be considered Indian natives.
