If you feel like going overseas that is outside India you can go ahead with the course of your desired country. If you have got good management skills you can opt for hospital management courses provided by many private and government universities.
You can get into research n get jobs in any pharmaceutical company or company dealing with dental materials. Business of dental materials, products and dental equipment and last but not the least leave apart dentistry and start up fresh for something new which i don't think is a great idea.

As rightly said by Suni207 (One of our expert's) MBBS is found to be more preferred by many medicine aspirants owing to the range of specialisations available afer MBBS and the sky high limit of earning potential, but BDS is not too far behind with respect to earning potential these days when personal oral hygeine is losing its meaning.

You can get into sales and marketing of dental products. Your authenticity will be higher as you hold a dental degree. Also management of multiple operatory dental hospitals is a good option. Teaching and being an academician is great if you don't want to practice any dentistry. You can consider doing MBA in hospital and healthcare management as well.
