MBBS is found to be more preferred by many medicine aspirants owing to the range of specialisations available afer MBBS and the sky high limit of earning potential, but BDS is not too far behind with respect to earning potential these days when personal oral hygeine is losing its meaning.

Hi Aanchal,
You can opt for MDS or you may try to crack UPSC examination to get into Army dental corp which also includes Indian Navy through short service commission, provided you score a minimum of 60% in your final BDS exam and you must possess 1year rotary internship recognised by DCI and a permanent dental registration certificate.
Hope this helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
Wish You Luck!

Hi Sharon, it is just misunderstanding that any career has more or less earning opportunities. We have seen MBBS and BDS doctors as well saying that they are getting less packages.
To earn good, you should focus on your technical expertise and for that look at your area of interests.
Anybody whose is earning good has made there own paths to be successful. So you have to choose yours.
All the Best!
