Yes, on the basis of B.Sc zoology you can apply for M.Sc in Home Science (Food and Nutrition). They main difference between the 2 is M.Sc in Food Science allow one to find opportunities mostly in food industry where as Home Science helps one to obtain jobs in wide range of areas.
