General admission deadlines at Bergen Community College are on a rolling basis. To receive an I-20, applications for the Fall semester should be submitted by June 15 and that for spring semester should be submitted by October 15.

  • The first step is to apply on the college official website. 
  • Bergen Community College requires a placement test to find out your academic level. However, it is not necessary if SAT/ACT scores meet their exemption criteria.
  • Submit high school transcripts, or a GED certificate, and any college transcripts if applicable.
  • If you require financial aid fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Once the application is processed, students will receive the acceptance letter. 
  • After completing the previous steps, you can register for classes. You'll register through their student portal system.
