Yes, Indian students who have a valid Student Pass at approved institutions can work up to 16 hours/week during term and unlimited hours in vacation.

Ensure your university is on the official approved list by the authority. Also, follow all institutional and Ministry of Manpower guidelines to remain compliant.

International students must be enrolled in full time degree program to be eligible for on-campus accommodation in Singapore. Students must have valid passes issued by Immigration & Custom Authority (ICA) or Ministry of Manpower (MOM) during their stay and health insurance to cover any health service fee.  However, the eligibility criteria may vary for some universities.

Yes, a job offer from a Singapore registered employer is compulsory to apply for work visa. The employer itself applies directly to the Ministry of Manpower. Without a job offer letter no one can apply for applicants cannot secure a Singapore work visa.

There is very less chance that this will happen as the universities apply for Singapore Student visas. If the university accepted your admission then there will not be any issue. As English proficiency is part of admission eligibility in Singapore.

Students applying for a student visa in Singapore must provide a proof of financial stability in the form of a banker's guarantee or cashier's order of a minimum of SGD 5,000 (INR 3.2 L).

Further students must also possess the below documents to attain a student visa:
