The fees for BHMS course depends on the college you select or get in the rounds. But it will be not more than BAMS and MBBS courses.
If you have got admission through proper government rounds, you get scholarship according to your caste ( your all certificates should be ready).

The following is the list of courses related to homeopathy, Ayurveda, and physiotherapy:
BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery): Focused on Ayurvedic healthcare.
BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery): For homeopathic practices.
BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy): Specializing in rehabilitation and therapy.
There may be other courses also relating to these fields, but these are the most popular ones. Many top reputed institutes offer this course, and generally, the eligibility requirement to take admission for these courses into those colleges is qualifying NEET.

With 293 marks in NEET, you can get admission in BHMS in Telangana. You only have chances of getting admission in a private college because government seats are highly competitive due to low seat intake and high demand. However, BHMS colleges don't have a very high cutoff, but to get admission to a government homeopathy college, you should aim for a minimum score of 350 marks in NEET. With 254 marks in NEET, you can get admission in BAMS or BHMS if you belong to the EWS category. You only have chances of getting admission in a private collge because government seats are highly competive due to low seats intake. For the EWS category, the NEET cut-off is generally considered to be around 162 marks (50th percentile), and as your score is more than this, you'll not face any problem in getting admission in BAMS or BHMS. You can use Shiksha's college predictor to get a list of expected colleges.

Yes, the Gulabrao Patil Homoeopathic Medical College does take the NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) board exam for admissions to the BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) course, as long as you qualify with the eligibility conditions of the college. Generally, the applicants must have passed the 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects with a minimum percentage (generally 50% or more). Your NEET score of 204 would be considered during counseling, but also subject to the college's individual cutoff and seat availability. It would be advisable to verify with the college itself for

With a NEET rank of 406089 and 387 marks, it is highly unlikely that you will secure a government seat for either BAMS or BHMS, as your rank is quite low and most government colleges have significantly higher cut-offs, especially for the general category.
Key points to consider:
High competition:
Government seats for BAMS and BHMS are highly competitive, and a low NEET rank like yours may not be sufficient to secure a seat in a government college.
State-wise variations:
While the chances are slim for a government seat across India, you might have a slightly better chance depending on
