The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to the BHMS course at KUHS is that applicants must complete their Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category). Additionally, for the selection process, the relevant NEET scores are acceptable, followed by a counselling process.

Panjab University offers BHMS seats through PU-CET (BHMS), a separate entrance exam. However, NEET is compulsory nationwide for BHMS admission, per regulatory bodies and court rulings. Even if PU-CET is conducted, you must qualify NEET to be eligible under current norms.

There is no officially recognised MD (Homeopathy) in Dermatology in India.MD (Homeopathy) is only offered in Materia Medica, Repertory, Philosophy, and Practice of Medicine.Homeopathy practitioners interested in dermatology can pursue fellowships or certificate courses (e.g., Fellowship in Homeopathic Dermatology by MUHS, or private academy programs) for advanced training in skin diseases.

Marks needed for general category in NEET 2025 to get a BHMS seat in Punjab University Chandigarh will be about 144-686 out of 720. You have to score more than the quallifying marks and require about 50%ile to get admission in this colege for the particular course
