Since your NEET score is 211 marks, you can search for a BHMS course in various colleges in India. Some of them include Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, and Kerala University of Health Sciences. Although your score is not good enough to get into top colleges, most colleges have different admission criteria, and some of them might still accept your application on the basis of state-level counseling or management quota seats. It is advisable to verify college requirements on an individual basis and engage in counseling for improved chances.

As your NEET score is 380, there are very few chances that you will be given admission in a government medical college for BAMS or BHMS. BAMS cutoff in government colleges is usually between 720 and 162 for the general category, and for BHMS, about 720 to 136. Your score is way lower than these numbers, and thus admission would be difficult. You can consider attending private colleges or other health sciences schools with lower cutoffs.

With 51% in NEET and 58% in 12th, getting a seat in BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) in a government college could be tough because of the competitive scenario and higher cutoffs. If you don't appear in the NEET exam or you are not eligible, going for DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) is the best choice. DHMS is a 4-year Diploma degree in homeopathy with subjects Materia Medica, Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, and Homeopathic Pharmacy.

The migration from BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) to MBBS is not allowed in India under normal circumstances since both the courses deal with distinct medical fields. But you can resume MBBS from the beginning by clearing NEET-UG once more and getting admitted in an MBBS college. Transfers among health Science courses may be allowed in private universities, but government medical colleges never facilitate direct migration from BHMS to MBBS. If you want to do MBBS, your best choice is to appear for NEET once more, pass with a good score, and apply for MBBS admission through regular counseling.

The BHMS salary may rise to INR 5,50,000. BHMS professionals with over 5 years of experience typically get more than INR 6,50,000 annually. The BHMS salary per month starts from INR 20,000 per month. The monthly salary of BHMS graduates may vary between INR 35,000 - INR 55,000.

In Khandwa, the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) course is available through the Nandkumar Singh Chouhan Government Medical College. 

The BHMS course is not available in any colleges of Khargone.

Having a NEET score of 277 and an AIR of 689,998, getting admission into a government college for the BHMS course in India is difficult. Government BHMS colleges have traditionally had greater cutoffs. For example, in past years, the closing ranks for general category students in premier government homeopathic colleges have been between about 40,000 to 100,000 AIR.
