For instance, in 2024, NEET-UG was conducted on May 5, with results announced on June 14, and Bihar AYUSH counselling commenced in the first week of September. 

No, never with such marks any chances of getting colleges be it BHMS or BMPT.If you belongs to grnreal or OBC or EWS ust forget it and if you belongs to SC/ST or other then also forget it with such marks.I will recommend you to try to konw pyv cutoff and apply for counselling but there is highly unlikely chances.Improve your score and comeback next year with good marks.

The migration from BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) to MBBS is not allowed in India under normal circumstances since both the courses deal with distinct medical fields. But you can resume MBBS from the beginning by clearing NEET-UG once more and getting admitted in an MBBS college.
