As IIIT-Ranchi is mentored by NIT Jamshedpur, all the facilities of NIT is available for IIIT students. So, you can take admission in IIIT-Ranchi, as this is the best option among above.

Both are equivalent till now, choose whichever is nearer to your hometown.

NIT, Bhopal will be the better option for CSE as its placements are comparatively good.

This is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below INR 1 Lacs rank easily. And, I think it is not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus, because fees structure is similar to VIT-Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And, its infrastructure is not fully completed, and still it is under development. If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now, and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other university or college.

LNCT-Bhopal is better option. This college is rich in infrastructure and provides good placement.
