Getting admission in SPA-Delhi, Bhopal and the NIT's require 240 + marks, so there is no chance in getting admission there. And, all the seats in this colleges close within 3000 rank and for SPA's close within 1000 rank.

You will definitely get Bhopal campus, but in the main round of CLAT, it would be difficult, you can get it in the vacant seats round, if you can apply for Calcutta campus then you might get that.

I hope you are doing well. You can go for Medicaps and DAVV. Now, it's up to you which college you choose. DAVV is semi government and Medicaps in now a University.

I hope you are doing well. You don't get any college less than 65-70K a year. The least fee I have seen is 79500 for Chameli Devi College. You can admission here.
