Weather is good, it's hot in summer but that time you will be doing your internship so that can be neglected. It's depends on you to take action or non ac according to your habit. But, most of us have non ac only

It is gud institution and amongst top 50 bschools. though placements are sceptical. Average salary is around 7lacs. Location is bit rural and in interiors. faculty is decent.

Both the campuses are good, for international business, as both offering different different specialisation in international business, so go for your choice. AND also check which is near to your home town.
And even from this year, IITTM Goa campus is going to offer MBA international business.
And if you are looking for good placement and exposure, go for IITTM Noida center.
