Yes. You can seat in Purnea Bihar for BCA. There are many scholarships providing by the government for merit students. So, no need to worry about the fees. Central and State and also some of the private institutions give scholarships for the students. Incase, if you are not eligible for scholarship then apply for a education loan from your bank. Many banks are providing loans for studying purpose. So, no need to worry about the fee of the college.

Dear aspirant, There are various colleges and academic institutions in the country that conducts GNM course and hence fee structure and other details will vary accordingly. It is suggested to specify the college you are interested in so as to provide accurate answers. The fee for this course in India ranges from INR 20,000- to INR 1,00,000. As per the internet search, the highest placements in Bihar are offered by the Indian Institute of Technology and the National Institute of Technology. But, if the area is not a constraint then I can suggest one of the private universities in Punjab which is offering the best placements to its graduates. It is Chandigarh University which has been accredited with NAAC A+ and has been ranked 77 in the NIRF ranking. Moreover, recently the university has also been awarded as University with the best placements by WCRC. Hi, C.M Law college affiliated to Lalit Narayan University offers LL.B. The college offers 60 % to 65% placement to the total number of students in the specified sectors. Its best part is that There are no many private companies to give placements. The Fees for the courses is -50,000 at the time of admission. Hope it helps.
