In order to become eligible for M.Sc in Biochemistry, a candidate should have done Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology and other Life Sciences subjects. As you have done B.Pharm, you can try for M.Pharm. It will be more beneficial for your career.

B.Sc/ B.Sc (Hons.) in any area of Biology or Chemistry (with Biology subject as Subsidiary) with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Eligibility for M.Sc Biochemistry programme: Graduates in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Agricultural Sciences, Animal Sciences or any Life Sciences as Biochemistry as principle or subsidiary subjects with 45% (40% in case of SC / ST) of marks in aggregate from any recognized University. Mandatory course: B.Sc (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology)
Candidate must have completed B.Sc (Hons) in Biochemistry/ B.Sc under at least 10+2+3 pattern with Biochemistry as a subject in all the three years of
graduation with the required percentage in science subjects (considering all the three years of B.Sc).
Or
B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology or B.Sc (Life Science/Bioscience) under 10+2+3 pattern with Chemistry as a subject studied for at least two years of B.Sc course with the required percentage in science subjects (considering all the three years of B.Sc).
