The eligibility criteria for BSc in Biochemistry course at PSG College of Arts and Science requires candidates clear a DMLT or Diploma in Pharmacy or Pharmacology. Candidates who cleared Class 12 board exams with Chemistry and Mathematics along with one of Physics, Botany, Zoology, Biology, Nursing, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Computer Science and Home Science are also eligible to apply for BSc in Biochemistry course.

The eligibility criteria for Saurashtra University MSc in Biochemistry is BSc with Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Life Science related subject. The Master of Science programme that has a total of six semesters. MSc in Biochemistry curriculum course has been designed to meet the human resources needs of industries and research organisations involved in pharmaceuticals, enzymes, clinical diagnostics and academic institutions.
