No, you are not eligible for M.Sc Bioinformatics. For doing M.Sc Bioinformatics, candidate should have B.Sc in biotechnology / microbiology / biochemistry Science.

Yes, of course you can pursue Bioinformatics course after your class 12th and some good colleges for the same are: Delhi University, Panjab University, JNU etc. in which you can apply for bioinformatics course. You can also go for some private Universities such as Chandigarh University etc. Good luck.
