Main purpose of all these entrance exams are same. These test are for the admission to medical institutes.
PMT - Pre Medical Test conducted by various institutes for admission to there medical courses.
CPMT - Combined Pre-Medical Test for admission to Medical /Dental /Homeopthic /Ayurvedic/Unani Colleges of UP and some other states.

HelloAccording to me I will suggest for PMT coaching after 10th class you should start. Because many things in PMT syllabus takes some time to learn properly.
