Dear Dhananjay Sharma,
As my views you can not switch in PCM. If you wanna study for Technical education go for Diploma in Engineering. Its equal to 10+2. After complete it you may appear in B.E. 2nd year. I know its take two year more but after Diploma you may apply for Job.

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery is a graduate degree. B.A.M.S is the shortened form of Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery. The program is having a duration of 5 ½ years including a one-year internship program. The Central Council of Indian Medicine observes Indian Ayurvedic Education.
