Some options are available for getting a job in the area of Production control or Quality Analyst in organisations such as Biocon, You should be really good with your basics on concepts such as Fermentation technology, Bio-remediation etc.

Any student who is contemplating on pursuing a career in Biotechnology must be aware that this field is still developing in India. Therefore, the number of job openings and pay packages are both very low when compared with IT and CS fields.
After a B.Tech degree, students can find jobs in pharmaceutical companies, research labs and institutions in India. To be eligible for B.Sc Biotechnology you must have completed your 12th Science stream. With 69% you are eligible for most colleges. Also some colleges conduct an entrance test. You have to check the college specific websites for details.

You'll get to see a wider picture, probably with an application of biochemistry.
You'll get to experience different fields. You'll never know what you'd like if you don't try.

If you're totally sure that biochemistry is your thing, then you might as well focus on that.
A course dedicated to biochemistry will give you extensive knowledge.

yes you can do BDS after B.Sc. But you have to pay the normal fees that has been prescribed. There's no concession.

Engineering mainly comprises of a branch of mathematics which is necessary to work in any field.
Mathematics opens up various career and educational options. Without mathematics, it is much difficult to find or relate to any engineering subject.
I don't think it would mentally help you as a biology student to take up an engineering kind of thing. You should have thought about it in the very first place.
I would rather advise you to go for NEET and AIIMS as it goes fantastically well with your subjects and stop thinking about engineering.

You have acquired lots of qualifications but none of them except HR can take you to your passion. If you want to make career in medicine then you must do some course of hospital management.
