No inorder to get in B.Sc. Biotechnology it is not needed to give the ICAR AIEEA exam as it is mainly for B.Sc. Agriculture course you can opt for multiple colleges that provide biotechnology courses and have there own process of selection based on merit or written exam.

The candidate seeking admission into B.Tech. Course shall have passed the Intermediate Examination of AP State Intermediate Board of Education or equivalent examination with Maths, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects and must have secured a valid rank in the EAMCET Examination conducted by APSCHE. The seat allotment is made by the Convener, EAMCET as per the stipulated rules of A.P. State Government and APSCHE.

Master of Science (M.Sc) in Biotechnology is a full-time two-year postgraduate course offered by the Mangalore University, Mangalore.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate who has completed a relevant graduate program from Mangalore University or any University from India or foreign countries considered as equivalent by Mangalore University is eligible for admission.

Your class 10th and class 12th marks at the time of placement only, they make you eligible for a particular company as per the marks requirement by company in order to get eligible for interview.
