Hi,
BITSAT is among the toughest engineering entrances in India, so you really need to work very hard to cross 300 marks barrier, and only two things will lead you to do this, good grip over NCERT books and the other is, intense practice of previous years questions as you need a proper time management to solve as much questions as you can.

I am sorry to inform your score is not enough to get you an admission to any of the BITS campuses. The admission is provided only on the basis of your BITSAT score and the cutoff for last year for any branch in any campuses was at least 270+.

An IIT will always have its brand value. BITS, Pilani too has its own advantages. Go with it.

Usually score in the BITSAT exam is considered for admission. But board toppers of every state usually make it to BITS directly. But you have to score 75 % aggregate in maths / biology, physics, chemistry with at least 60 % in above mentioned subjects.
