Hi Pallavi,
BITS-Pilani has its flagship course of CSE which is at par with the IITs. But, as you have mentioned you are getting EEE at BITS Pilani Campus and ECE at MNIT. There can be different factors on which you can take your decision. Firstly, you can opt for a branch transfer if you score above 8.5+ CGPA in your first year (and if seat is available) and can pursue CSE from BITS. However, The EEE course of BITS is also good in terms of pedagogy as well as placements. The academics of BITS is highly flexible, so you can also pursue coding and programming during your tenure and get into a bluechip company at your final placements. W

Hi Shadman,
Firstly, BITS-Pilani doesn't have its campus in New Delhi. Secondly, the eligibility criteria for appearing in the BITSAT entrance examination is as below:
The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has taken Biology in BITSAT in 12th class examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects. So, as per your marks you are not eligible for BITSAT. However, don't feel dis

I would definitely say, choose a college through MHCET because BITS, Dubai is a bit expensive as well as the rankings and quality of education are not so good. So, I would suggest going with colleges under MHCET. Hope this helps!

BITS-Dubai is also a good college. Teachers are not the same as Pilani campus, but they might go for guest lectures and exchange programs. It would be better for you to find out alumni from that campus and talk to him.

BITS-Pilani is the main campus. The main campus is better in term of crowd, infrastructure, faculty, facilities. The BITS-Pilani is far from main city, so the study environment is great. Don't be confused, go for Pilani campus.

Hi Kunal,
Both the colleges are equally good and rank among the top engineering institutions of India. However, the kind of flexibility in education, zero attendance policy and campus life that BITS offers is simply unmatchable. Other than that, academics, placements and infrastructure are at par for both the institutes. The fee of NITT is much lesser than BITS. So, choose wisely as per your preference and constraints.
Best wishes.

Hi Samarth,
There is very good scope for M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics. Firstly, you can go for PhD and eventually, you can become an assistant professor at any IIT or NIT. You can also get into research and land up being a scientist at DRDO/BARC/ISRO. You can also go for higher studies at IISc or join NET JRF, etc. Lastly, you can get a high paid job at IIT/Medical coaching institutes as professors.
BITS Pilani, Hyderabad is certainly a very good college to go for. You can also try doing a dual degree there and get your desired stream of engineering provided you maintain 8.5+ CGPA in your first year.
Best wishes.

Hi Tanzeel,
It depends on your interest in the CSE stream. If you have a deep interest in CSE, BITS Pilani would be a better place to be. Otherwise, if you don't have any specific interest in the branch, I would suggest you go for IITs. In India, an IIT tag is still considered better than BITS. Choose accordingly. Best wishes.
