Both the colleges are very good for CSE.
NIT Trichy comes in the ranking of top NITs of India and BITS Pilani is the premier private engineering institute. However, when it comes to CSE, BITS Pilani certainly has an edge over NITT. BITS has its flagship course as CSE which is at par with the top IITs like IIT Delhi, Bombay, etc. The kind of environment and peer-learning which you get at BITS Pilani is simply phenomenal. The campus life of BITS Pilani is one of the best in India and flexibility of electives is obviously there. Hi Rajpreet,
For getting admission into BITS-Pilani M.Sc (BITS doesn't offer Biotechnology but you can try for Chemistry or Biological Sciences) Integrated first degree course, you need to appear for BITSAT examination, however, for M.Sc in Biotechnology at VIT, shortlisting is done as per qualifying exam marks and then you need to appear for an interview.

The faculty members at BITS-Pilani, Dubai Campus are well qualified to have a minimum qualification as ME/M.Phil/MBA. However, a large number of faculty members are Ph.D holders. BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus is indeed a very good college for pursuing engineering. The rating of BITS Pilani as the top private engineering institution is given considering all the three campuses of India plus the reputation of BITS Hyderabad is also very good. The placements are at par with the other campuses of BITS Pilani and top-notch companies come for campus recruitment. Also, Hyderabad Campus have the same PS 1&2 Stations as the other two campuses of BITS, having top companies which you can convert as a final placement offer. If you have an offer, I would definitely suggest you go for it.

Yes, you can get admission in M.Sc. (Bio and Physics) at the Pilani campus and Goa campus. Moreover, you may get a call for admission in any of the subjects at the Hyderabad campus.

You can't get any engineering branch for your above-mentioned course at BITS Pilani. However, you may get admission in Integrated First Degree M.Sc. courses. The thing is, once you get admission in any of these courses, try maintaining a CGPA above 8.5 in the first year, which would help you get a transfer in any desired branch of engineering at BITS.
