It depends on marks that you obtain in Diploma. If you have more then 95% marks, only then you may get admission. Direct in second year admission for Diploma student.

Your 12th marks is very less than required marks. So, I don't think there is any chance of getting admission on basis of this marks. Good luck.

As per the information, 210875 INR per semester is the tuition fees for BITS Hyderabad. Tuition fees (per semester) is 1,59,000 and the extra fees is related to advanced fees, annual fees, etc.
