Your chances of getting a call from BITS Pilani are very thin at the described CAT percentile.

Your chances are thin but I will still suggest you to apply for the same since BITS Pilani has profile based call policy.

Hi Hartej, If you want to get CSE in BIT Mesra, then you need to have an AIR in between 4500 and 10000 in JEE Mains. For Thapar University, it should be between 10000 and 15000. All the best.

BITS-Pilani followed by Nirma and SPM PDPU in terms of ROI.

Yes, of course, it is worth it. It is one of the best in terms of ROI. You pay around INR. 8.5 LPA including hostel mess, and the average pay is around INR. 10 LPA. The campus life is great. With BITS you get around 8 months of industry exposure (2 months of summers and 6 months of PS). This is not there in any of the schools. Which gives you an upper hand as well. Admissions are on you can apply. All the best.
