Yes you will definitely get good salary from MIT US. You may have to explain your choice of b.tech college but as long as you have excellent academic score, b.tech from low ranked college won't be fatal. It will just get a bit difficult to get into MIT. You will have to make sure you have extraordinary academics and involve in good projects.

Hello yatindra. Bits pilani does not offer aerospace engineering. It has both mechanical and manufacturing though.
