BITS also offers BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test) for BE, B. Pharm and integrated M.Sc. courses. The semester/ term BITS Pilani fee for integrated first degree and higher degree courses is Rs 2,31,500 for the first and second semesters. On the other hand, the BITS Pilani fee for PhD programmes is Rs 21,850 for full-time candidates and Rs 43,700 for part-time candidates for the first two semesters.

For admission to the PhD course at BITS Hyderabad, the candidate shall be a graduate with 60% aggregate. An applicant shall have adequate proficiency in English as well. The accepted examination for PhD course is UGC NET and CSIR NET.
