BITS Pilanis CSE is second best sought after IIT Bombay in India. Therefore, BITS Pilani CSE is better option among the two. Cut-off scores in BITSAT for getting into CSE branch are very high. The green campus with smart classrooms provide you the best facilities for academic environment
The students can even explore their interests by opting for electives in areas like economics, finance etc. Recruiters like flow traders, Qualcomm, Intel, Uber, Myntra, Amazon, Oracle, etc. Come for placements

Delhi Technological University is a reputed institute and is also popular among the people. Coming to the infrastructure, the Department has 11 well-equipped curriculum laboratories and 4 research laboratories. There are separate departmental project laboratories. BITS Pilani is five decades old engineering institute with international known brand image and is on par with legacy IITs. It's Pilani campus has world class teaching facilities and excellent faculty. Placement record of institute is very good. I am of the opinion that BITS Pilani is a better option in comparison to VIT for doing B.Tech.

These colleges have nothing to do with your 12th marks, You have to clear their respective exams like VITEEE, BITS and for IIT-JEE Mains but the eligibility criteria in all the above entrance exam is that 60% is required in physics, chemistry, maths/biology.
