Students will not be allowed to bring any electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, smart watches, etc., to the BITSAT exam centre. All of the items have to be left at home or with the guardians before entering the exam centre. If the prohibited items are found inside the centre, then the students will not be allowed to continue with the exam.

Students are advised to carry their passport size photograph to the exam centre. If required, the students may have to use their photograph on their BITSAT hall ticket or any other form at the centre. Along with the photograph, the BITSAT admit card and one valid ID proof has to be taken to the centre.

BITS Pilani will announce the BITSAT test centre allotment to let the students know their allotted test centres. After checking their allotted test centre, the students will be able to choose the preferred exam slot from the available ones at their centre. The exam slots have to be booked through the BITSAT slot booking facility.

Students will be able to choose their preferred BITSAT exam centre while filling out the application form. The preferred exam cities have to be selected in the order of preference. Based on the preferences, the exam centres will be allotted to the students.

At the exam centre, the students will have to bring their BITSAT admit card along with one valid identity proof for verification. No soft copies will be accepted so the students will have to bring print outs. If these documents are not shown at the centre, the students will not be allowed to enter the centre to attempt the exam.

The details related to the allotted exam centre will be available in the BITSAT hall ticket. The candidates will be able to check the address and name of the allotted BITSAT exam centre, after they have downloaded the hall ticket. The exam centres will be allotted as per the preferences submitted by the candidates. Once the centres are allotted, no requests for change will be accepted by the authorities.

Mandatory Documents to carry to the BITSAT exam centre are

  1. BITSAT Admit Card as it contains your roll number, exam details, and test center information.
  2. Valid ID Proof like Aadhar Card, PAN Card Voter ID, Driving License
  3. A Passport-Sized Photograph

The official brouchure with the list of BITSAT 2024 exam centres will shortly be available to candidates. The exam centres for BITSAT 2024 will be made available on the official website by BITS Pilani. The list of cities where the BITS Admission Test will be held is included in BITSAT exam centres 2024. Through BITSAT slot booking 2024, candidates can also submit their desired BITS exam centre. BITSAT candidates are advised to leave their belongings with their parents or guardians accompanying them to the centre. However, if the candidates are coming alone, then the authorities will provide space for the candidates to deposit their belongings at the BITSAT exam centre. However, the candidates are advised to not bring valuable belongings as the authorities do not take any responsibility regarding the loss of belongings.

No. The candidates will not be allowed to carry their mobile phone to the BITSAT exam centre. The authorities will not allow the candidates to bring their electronic devices inside the centres. Some of the electronic devices that are not allowed in the BITSAT centre are - mobile phones, calculators, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, etc. If the candidates are found using any electronic device inside the centre, then they will be disqualified.
