Though both terms are related, the Mass Media syllabus majorly focuses on the channels or platforms used to convey information (like television, radio, newspapers, etc.), meanwhile, the Mass Communication curriculum focuses on the process of disseminating those messages to the general public through those channels, including the content and strategies involved in communication itself.
